  Reece Salvage

  Master Fitter

  Following in the footsteps of his dad and grandad, Reece Salvage picked up his first golf club at just five years old. By the age of 14, he was competing at county level, a journey that ultimately led him to become a PGA Professional. Before joining PXG as a Master Fitter, Reece spent three years building golf clubs for the brand, giving him a unique understanding of how every component contributes to performance. Today, he combines that technical knowledge with years of playing and fitting experience to help golfers of all abilities find equipment that complements their game. Away from the fitting bay, Reece is a passionate Brentford supporter and enjoys getting to as many matches as possible throughout the season.

  Will "Willy C" Crozier

  Master Fitter

  Originally from Epsom, Will "Willy C" Crozier began his career in golf after leaving school, working in a pro shop before discovering a passion for custom fitting. Since then, he's worked with golfers of every ability, from European Tour winners to players picking up a club for the first time without a recognised handicap. Will believes the smallest adjustments often make the biggest difference, and he takes pride in helping golfers understand how properly fit equipment can make the game easier and, ultimately, lead to lower scores. His attention to detail and enthusiasm for the game are at the heart of every fitting experience.
