Battle Ready II Torpedo Putters

Technology That Performs

  • Hollow Body Construction

The PXG Battle Ready II Torpedo features a fully milled 303 stainless steel hollow body with an ultra-thin 0.055" face. This innovative construction redistributes mass to the perimeter of the putter head, significantly increasing MOI—up to 10% higher than the original Battle Ready lineup. The result is enhanced forgiveness and directional stability, with a more rearward center of gravity that helps players maintain control on every stroke.

  • Lightweight S-COR Polymer

Inside the hollow body, PXG’s proprietary S-COR lightweight polymer fills 63% of the internal cavity, supporting the ultra-thin face to prevent deformation and maintain structural integrity. This strategically placed fill dampens unwanted vibrations and delivers refined, soft-yet-solid acoustic feedback that feels premium and controlled at impact.

  • Aggressive Pyramid Face Pattern

The third generation of PXG’s pyramid face technology features more aggressive geometry designed to enhance interaction with golf ball dimples. This pattern improves roll consistency and produces reliable ball speeds across the entire face. It offers the soft sound of an insert with the responsive feedback of a solid milled putter—giving golfers the best of both worlds.

  • Precision Weighting Technology

Two adjustable sole weights allow golfers to customize the overall head weight and fine-tune the balance to suit their stroke. Players who tend to pull putts may benefit from adding weight to the toe, which helps slow face closure. Those who push putts can add weight to the heel, making it easier to square the face at impact. This level of adjustability ensures the Torpedo fits your unique putting tendencies.

Hosel Options

  • Double Bend

The face balanced design of the Double Bend hosel minimizes resistance to twisting and makes it easier to rotate the putter face. Optimal for players who tend to push the ball.

  • Heel Shafted

The Heel Shafted hosel orients the shaft axis far into the heel side of the putter to create significant toe hang, which increases the force required to rotate the putter face. Optimal for players who tend to over rotate the putter, or pull the ball.

  • Plumber's Neck

The Plumber’s Neck hosel orients the shaft axis in a heel location creating a mid-toe hang angle, which helps players square up the face. This hosel can be effectively used by both straight and arced stroke types.

  • Armlock

Optimal for players who desire greater control and stability or who struggle with short putts, the Armlock hosel orients the shaft axis through the CG to create a face balance hang angle. (Not available online)
